DISTRICT MANAGER

Baber's District Managers must have the ability to manage and lead people to achieve higher levels of success. They must be goal oriented and strive for growth within their district and the company as a whole. They must be able to coordinate the activities of several stores to achieve efficient and profitable operation.
 
Duties Include:
o Security of company assets including conducting store audits.
o Recruitment and training of Store Managers in all aspects of rent to own.
o Personal motivation, encouragement and accountability.
o Coordinates distribution of rental merchandise throughout region.
o Implements marketing and advertising promotions.
o Identify and investigate potential sites for future expansion or relocation.
o Responsible for a 10% minimum district growth per year.
o Constantly train for promotion to Regional Manger
 

STORE MANAGER

Baber's Store Managers must be customer oriented individuals who can motivate and lead people to achieve higher levels of success. They must be goal oriented and strive for growth within their store.
 
Duties Include:
o Supervision of all store employees.
o Store security and accountability of inventory.
o Store maintenance and display.
o Vehicle upkeep and safety.
o Implement marketing and advertising promotions.
o Supervise cash control and make deposits.
o Responsible for a minimum of 1% store growth per month.
o Constantly train for promotion to District Manager
 

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Baber's Accounts Managers must be customer oriented individuals who strive for customer satisfaction and encourage and develop additional customer accounts. They must be goal oriented and strive for growth within their store. They assist the Store Manager in the operation of a safe, efficient and profitable store.
 
Duties Include:
o Promote new rental agreements and renewals.
o Assist customers to maintain current accounts.
o Deliver, install and service all rental merchandise.
o Prepare and explain rental agreements.
o Input customer order information and post rental payments in the computer
o Make routine "Customer Satisfaction Calls".
o Prepare reports and document work activities.
o Responsibly operate and maintain company vehicles.
o Assist Store Manager in store maintenance and security.
o Constantly train for promotion to Store Manager
 

RENTAL CLERK

Baber's Rental Clerks are required to be customer oriented individuals who strive for customer satisfaction and promote rentals. They assist the Store Manager in maintaining a clean, safe and well merchandised showroom. They must have the ability to perform a wide variety of clerical and customer service functions.
 
Duties Include:
o Greet customers and provide product information and demonstrations.
o Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries.
o Deliver, install and service all rental merchandise.
o Prepare and explain rental agreements.
o Input customer order information and post rental payments in the computer.
o Prepare and maintain store records and documents.
o Responsibly operates and maintains delivery vehicles.
o Constantly train for promotion to Store Manager
 

DELIVERY DRIVER

Baber's Delivery Drivers are required to be safety oriented and strive to serve customers in a professional manner and maintain good customer relations. They must exercise good judgment, and exhibit the ability to work independently.
 
Duties Include:
o Responsibly operate and maintain delivery vehicles.
o Clean, check and test merchandise before loading.
o Call customers and complete pre-delivery check list.
o Deliver, install and demonstrate rental merchandise.
o Clean and maintain showroom, office area and restroom.
o Assists in store maintenance and security.
o Constantly train for promotion to Account Manager
